Information we process

KAKA Ads Optimizer is operated by KAKA Video Marketing Pty Ltd. The app processes a Shopify shop domain, an authorised Shopify app session, products, variants, SKUs, product images, product status, and Custom Label 0–4 values. It does not request customer, order, payment, or checkout data.

Purpose and sharing

This information is used only to display and edit product-variant labels in Shopify admin. The app does not request a Google login, access Merchant Center, call Google APIs, or send product data to Google or any other third party. A merchant's separately installed official Google & YouTube sales channel is responsible for its own product synchronisation.

Retention, deletion, and security

The label-value library and Shopify session are retained only while needed to provide the service. On uninstall or a Shopify mandatory privacy webhook, we delete the shop session and label-value library. Protected requests use Shopify administrator authentication and HTTPS/TLS. For privacy or deletion requests contact [email protected].
